This place is a real gem! The service is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. I've dined in twice and ordered takeout a few times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The chilaquiles are absolutely amazing, and the Ahi Burger is a 10/10--definitely one of my favorites. The lemonades are also fantastic, with a variety of refreshing flavors to choose from. The interior is adorable and well-maintained. I'm so glad to have this spot close by!

Checks every box. Great tasting food, friendly service, relaxed vibe. The atmosphere itself just feels "authentic." The staff seems genuinely happy to be there and the experience feels more like a partnership than being waited upon. On a weekend a restaurant like this can feel a bit frenetic, but this restaurant avoids any high-pressure vibe with a professional staff that appears to work well together, making it look and feel relaxed. The menu itself can seem overwhelming only because of the choices they have, but it has a layout that is broken down in a manner that makes it quite readable so as to avoid "menu anxiety." Also, they have a drink menu that is of the same size as the food menu and also double sided. How can you not love a place like this? Breakfast brisket burrito was well worth veering off my healthy eating course. It was served with a seasonal watermelon and basil side -- refreshing and delicious. My dining companion had the yogurt strawberry parfait. The review is it was tasty, but very light on the granola (they brought over more). The side order of home fries was reported to be quite tasty. I ordered a side of toast which came burnt but they quickly and happily replaced the burnt slice. They serve Gaviña coffee, which is very good, (however, slightly bitter in this iteration. Not a deal breaker). They have a table set aside for MIA and POW soldiers, which is touching. I will definitely be coming back, and it is well worth the 30 minute trip from West Los Angeles to this location. Get here on the early side, as it gets crowded on the weekends (then again, what place doesn't?). There is a lot behind the restaurant, they validate for 90 minutes.

I've been to Red Maple a fair share of times. Their breakfast burritos, sandwiches, bacon, pancakes, and waffles are pretty good, and so are their fun drinks. The cafe itself is pretty chill, with fun, little red maple leaves around. The servers are so friendly here too, just an all around great place to eat!
